I’m Jen.

Like many women, I wasn’t diagnosed until I was an adult. Three kids, a string of abandoned businesses and hobbies, and a drive for perfectionism created endless opportunities for an ADHD meltdown

I wanted to work, I needed to work, and yet….I wasn’t able to work. After many breakdowns, tears, a Buzzfeed meme article that got me on the right path, and months of advocating for myself, I was finally diagnosed.

And everything changed.

Let me help you embrace those quirks and design a life that works WITH your brain, instead of against it.

Since my diagnosis, I’ve flung myself headfirst into learning about ADHD, and helping others begin to understand (and embrace!) their own neurodivergent brains. My experience as a systems strategist, successful business owner, and recovering perfectionist give me unique insight into the challenges that creative entrepreneurs face.

As a certified ADHD Life Coach, my goal is to help dial in simple systems to quickly eliminate overwhelm and chaos. You’ll learn to identify and embrace your brain’s unique strengths so you can design a life you love, while showing up as your favorite version of yourself. And you’ll get clarity to make better decisions faster, so you can spend more time creating and less time feeling stuck.

In this 4 month program, we meet weekly and dig into exactly what you are struggling with, and work together to create solutions, tools, understanding and progress.

With a max of 8 participants, this 3 month program meets weekly and covers all the juicy topics like burnout, procrastination, time blindness. The built-in support and accountability gives you the space to see you aren’t alone in this, and learn from others with the same struggles. 

What coaching is

Coaching works to help you find your pain points, acknowledge them, learn why they exist, and create solutions and systems to manage them.  Acceptance and education is at the core of everything I do. 

I also have a messy brain, neurodivergent kids and spouse, and a busy business and team. I understand the struggles, the annoyances, and how our brain can change from day to day. We will work together to create a variety of strategies to help you grow, smash your goals, and get your shit under control.

The intention is not to ‘fix’ you. You aren’t broken. The intention is to change behaviors, outlooks and expectations to make interacting with the world, and getting shit done, easier.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy. We won’t dig into trauma, or focus on the past – instead we work to create and smash goals and design a present (and future) that you love.

Coaching is not implementation. I can’t take your task list and do it for you. I can help you prioritize your list, form objectives, and give you tools to help work through it.

Coaching is not an easy quick fix. This process takes work, and it isn’t always fun work. You will get frustrated at times, and the path isn’t linear. That’s normal, and part of ADHD is knowing that what works today might not work tomorrow, but we can put tools and strategies in place to flow with our brain instead of against it.
